Fees
Traci's service fees are available on request (250.885.6760). Her fees are comparable to the Recommended Fee Schedule of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
GST
For the convenience of clients, hourly therapy fees for private clients include the goods and services tax (GST). GST is added for other services such as preparing written reports and letters.
Payments
Fees may be paid by credit card, debit card, cheque or cash.
Fees are payable at the end of each session unless a client is seen under a funded contract such as the Post Partum Support Program.
Missed Appointments
Fees are payable for appointments missed without 2 business days notice. Counselling by phone or Skype is an option for established clients who cannot travel to a scheduled appointment. To change an appointment, see the private appointments page.
BC Medical Services Plan
The British Columbia Medical Services Plan does not cover services provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors or Registered Marriage and Family Therapists.
Extended Health Plans
A portion of Traci's fees are reimbursable under some extended health plans. Contact your plan administrator directly to determine eligibility requirements, claim limits and claim procedures. Plan administrators may need to know whether a physician has provided a referral, the educational background of the practitioner, and professional registrations. Her credentials are summarized below:
